Booking Info
When you click on book now above you will be taken to our booking calendar. When you have chosen a suitable date you will be taken to the payment screen, unless booking the free consultation. We require payment upfront for all paid sessions.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the session starts.
Our sessions
Our sessions are conducted over Zoom video call. Sessions will last 60 minutes, with the exception of the initial Stop Smoking session which lasts 2 hours. If you are running late please let us know in good time. If you arrive late your session may be shortened due to scheduling of other clients.
Ethical and Practice Standards
You will be fully advised of the scope of hypnotherapy and must give your full consent to receiving hypnotherapy treatment. Hypnotherapy is not a replacement for medical treatment. We are unable to prescribe for, or diagnose any condition. We are bound by the Code of Ethics and Practice of the Jacquin Professional Hypnotherapy Association (JPHA). A copy of the code of practice is available on request.
Contraindications
For most people hypnotherapy is a pleasant, relaxed and extremely safe experience. However there are occasions where hypnosis may cause a risk.
We cannot work with you if you have had a diagnosis of Psychosis, Pathological Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, Senility.
We may be able to work with you if you have Epilepsy, Suffered from Seizures, Narcolepsy, Depression, Asthma, Heart Condition. Please get your doctor's approval before attending a paid session. We can chat about this on the free consultation session.
Confidentiality
Any information you share is strictly confidential. It may be necessary to share the details of the treatment with our supervisors but your name and personal data will not be used. If we believe you could be a danger to yourself or others we will endeavour to discuss our concerns with you. If we have any remaining doubt to your safety we reserve the right to share as little information as necessary to protect you and others around you.
Data Protection
We will process your personal data for the purposes of contacting you only. We may make notes during our session. These will be de-personalised and only contain details of treatment. These will be kept secure at all times when not in use. You may request a copy of our notes. Any personal data will be kept for up to 7 years, after which it will be disposed of securely. Any notes or personal data will not be made available to any third party.
